Pulley is a conveyor transmission component, according to function divided into drive pulley, bend pulley and take-up pulley.
The drive pulley is the main part of transmitting power from motor drive to conveyor belt, the surface divides into steel plain, casting rubber surface, herringbone and diamond pattern rubber coating surface. Bend pulley is used to change the conveyor belt run direction and clamp belt or increase the wrap angle of transmission roller. Take-up pulley used for carrying the heavy tension device.
Characteristics
1. Our pulley shell is submerged-arc welding, welding seam 100 ℅ no damage and 50 ℅ X-ray scan examination. The shaft material is forged #45 round steel, each shaft temper after machining, which improves mechanical property.
2. Each pulley makes static and dynamic balance test after assembly, static balance test to ensure G40 accuracy level.
3. All the pulleys adopt integrated bearing housing which is lubricated and filled with grease and has two kinds: iron casting and steel casting.
4. The pulley have compact structure, dust-proof & water-proof, reliable performance, safe and convenient to use.
5. High reliability, even in wet, clayey and muddy environment can still service more than 50,000 hours.
